CemBerkoz.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have implemented procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the process outlined below to submit a DMCA notice.

DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

a. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.

d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

e. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submitting the DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must be in writing and include the following:

a. Your physical or electronic signature.

b. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

e. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

CemBerkoz.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
