  • 2 T. Water

Step-by-Step Instructions
 

Prep
  1. Dice the peaches and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Cook
  1. Heat olive oil in a wide sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add rosemary, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes and cook briefly until aromatic.
  4. Stir in peaches, honey, lemon juice, and water.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat and cook until peaches are tender and the mixture thickens slightly.
Finish & Serve
  1. Remove from heat and allow to cool briefly.
  2. Blend lightly until spoonable, not smooth.
  3. Serve warm or chilled, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
